With regards to booking terms and pricing, a child is considered to be between the ages of 2 and 7 at the booking's arrival date.

Infants are considered to be under the age of 2 at the booking's arrival date.

Payment

Payment for bookings must be made in accordance with the payment policy specified at the time of booking. This may include pre-payment, payment upon arrival or combination of both.

We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated during the booking process.

All prices are quoted in the currency selected by the currency selector on the website, but will be charged in EUR according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.

In the event of a failed payment, your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification (no-show) may result in the cancellation of your entire booking and the application of its cancellation policy.

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is: 14:00 and standard check-out time is: 12:00,

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
